This does not mean this is something that should be aimed for at all. And for most of us amateur golfers, we don’t need to worry with this at all.

Most amateur golfers get injured due to poor swing mechanics (swing characteristics), randomised or poor practise habits and not preparing the body through effective exercise programmes.
Normally injuries can come down to:
1. Load management
2. weakness and muscular imbalance
3. Previous injuries
And many injuries amongst amateur golfers could be prevented.
