Mobility & Flexibility for Older Golfers

As we age, we can lose mobility in muscles, connective tissues and joints. And it is important as we age to keep moving and stay active, to help reduce this effect of ageing.

In this video (HERE), there are some exercises to get started with mobility and flexibility. I would recommend these along with some strength training too (where appropriate strength training exercises can also help improve mobility and flexibility).

Mostly static stretches in this video, however dynamic stretches can also be very beneficial.
