No surprise that there’s Unilateral Strength Training exercises included. For me, the bulk of balance training for golfers should be focused around the hips and core. This can include both, unilateral and bilateral exercises. I think balance can be very specific. So static balance might not be relevant for the golf swing. Additionally, characteristics during the golf swing could help or hinder balance.
